A Message from Our President and CEO, Jennie Cheng

Dear Valued Customers:

As we all deal with these challenging times as best we can, we wanted to take this moment to assure you that we do not expect any slowdown or interruption in our client support or business activities because of the disruptions caused by Covid-19. Since our software is deployed in the cloud, our customers have always experienced the benefits of remote access. For our customers running our software on-premises, please let us know if we can help you deploy any part of your closing process remotely. We would like your first quarter close to be as efficient and stress-free as possible.

We know that the Coronavirus will be impacting all of us for the foreseeable future on both a personal and business level with restrictions in travel, assembly, sporting and social events. Like many of our customers, FYIsoft has implemented precautionary measures that include travel restrictions, social distancing and other protocol as recommended by the CDC to ensure that our team members and their families continue to be as safe as possible.

While those protocols are in effect, it is our strong belief at FYIsoft that during a crisis, business must carry on as best it can; and we are committed to making that happen.
